Then using furniture you already own, stage the area to insure you have the necessary space. Most designers suggest including five zones: wet, dry, hot, cold and obviously a space for entertaining. Pay close attention to accessibility to both water and electrical. The easier to hook these necessities up, the bigger the savings.
And finally don’t forget to update your homeowner’s insurance! Many policies will already cover your new kitchen if it is in some way attached to your permanent home.
